Navigating Agile Methodologies : A Beginner's Experience

"A Beginner's Guide to Agile Development Methodologies"

  1. What is Agile?: From my research, I was able to discover that Agile is an extremely malleable approach of software development with teamwork and acceptance of change during the development process.

  2. Working in steps: I learned that into smaller time frames, the projects are divided: iterations or sprints. That way, the teams are always ready to release working software in good time.

  3. Main Ideas:

Customer Collaboration: Importance of teaming with the customer so as to know what they want and help create a product that pleases them.

  1. Standards Common framework:

Scrum:  this is project methodology that breaks the project into smaller sprints(2-4 weeks normally) in which teams burn lots of hours to plan and build the work and review it too as well.
